“I started doing Boot Camp, 3 times per week in March 2018. I wanted to get fit again, feel stronger and lose some weight. My motivation is to be around for my young son and wife. Nine months on I feel much stronger through the core, have lost 14kgs and improved my fitness out of sight. I’ve doubled the length of my plank to 5 minutes, improved my run around New Farm Park by 3o seconds, my 1km by over a minute and managed a 9 minute squat hold!

I love training outside and it’s more motivating to together in a group. Chris is very easy to get along with which helps. I loved my time so far and I really enjoy all the different ball games. I’m aiming to continue the training in 2019, add some of my own workouts and focus more on my nutrition.

My advice is to just come along and give it a go. He makes it fun and you forget you’re actually exercising.”
