If you have specific fitness goals then one on one PT is for you. We can design a personalised program tailored to your needs. You can train morning or night and our packages range from $700 to $1100 per month.
Combine two or more of our services to suit your needs such as Personal Training & Boot Camp or Small Group Training & an online challenge, it's totally up to you.
Choose from 4 weekly classes including Strength, Boxing and Fitness! Packages range from $180-$350 per month.
Train with 2-5 of your friends or family at a time that works for you. Just like PT but you get to split the cost, choose what type of training you want to do and train with people you like! Packages from $150-$550 pp/per month.
