Since 2007, I’ve guided high-performing men to reclaim their health and energy. I dropped 12kgs in 10 weeks during my Personal Training certification, then went on to run 500+ Parkruns, 2 Gold Coast Marathons, and set a City to Surf PB at 45. But the real win? Feeling stronger, sharper, and more present with my family.

What kind of support will I receive?

You’re never flying solo. You’ll get full access to a private client portal with tools to track progress, access resources, and message me directly. Plus, daily check-ins keep you accountable, focused, and moving forward - even when life gets messy.

How much time do I need to commit each day?

This is built for busy men. After a one-time 90-minute setup, you’ll need just 45 to 60 minutes a day to train, fuel right, and check in. The system is simple, focused, and built to create results - without adding more stress to your plate.

How do I access the client portal and check-ins?

Once you join, you’ll get a private login to your client portal. Inside, you’ll find guided workouts, meal plans, tracking tools, and direct messaging access to me. Daily check-ins keep you focused, supported, and accountable every step of the way.
