“We have had a trainer for many years so when we moved to New Farm and had to find another one. I saw Chris in the park, set up a meeting and we were soon began training twice a week one on one.  I myself can now run for 6 minutes without stopping, squat hold for 4 minutes, can do 8 chin-ups with a band and 8 pushups on my toes. Arjen can squat hold for over 14 minutes, has improved his run around New Farm Park by 30 seconds and 100m sprint by 6 seconds. We also were named Stars of the Year in 2017.

Having regular weekly sessions booked in makes training consistent and before long you just get into the habit of going. It has given us the stamina to do what we love to do, especially enjoying our overseas holidays. As long as Chris is training at New Farm Park we’ll be there!
