🏆🥇I need to take a moment to congratulate our Magnificent Mel! She’s just won our October Exercise Challenge the Squat Hold … super effort that, really good stuff indeed!
The squat hold is a terrific exercise to quickly build quad and hip strength which support the lower back. It’s not easy though, also helping to build mental resilience and stamina.
But hey, doing hard things makes dealing with a bad day much easier.
