2023 Star of the Year- Masterful Michael

🏆👍🏻Huge congratulations to our Masterful Michael, who is our 2023 Star of the Year!

After a bumpy start, Michael showed his resilience by bouncing back strong, running his 200th Parkrun, the 10km Gold Coast Suns Run in searing heat and taking 7 minutes off his Bridge to Brisbane time. He also maintained his 8kgs weight loss from last year, won Star of the Month and was twice our Exercise Challenge Winner of the month.

A big thank you to Michael for his consistency, enthusiasm and dedication in 2023.
