After we’ve had a quick chat and decided we want work together, we’ll jump on a 45 minute zoom call to have an in-depth conversation about your current level of health and fitness. This is where we get to the nuts and bolts of your fitness goals. What has fitness looked like for in the past? What do you like to do? What don’t you like? (That’s right, if you don’t like burpees you don’t have to do them!) What are your fitness goals? From there we can create a fitness and nutrition plan that you feel confident of sticking to consistently.
Now that we know what your goals are, your starting point and what fitness plan is, it’s time to pick a program that will be the best fit for you. Do you want train outdoors in New Farm Park or online? Do you want try things out and kickstart your fitness with our 28 Day or 6 Week Challenge? Or are you ready to go all and level up with one of our 3, 6 or 12 month memberships? Regardless of which program you start with it will be individualised to your fitness goals.
Sessions are generally 45 minutes and you will start with a warm up to get your body ready for the workout. Then we will move into the main portion of your training session. This could range from working with weights, resistance bands, with equipment such as dumbbells and bosu’s or your own body weight. Or it could be cardio through Boxing or Interval Running. It all depends on YOUR goals and YOUR comfort level.
