📢👏🏻Please help me celebrate Amazing Arjen’s success!

We’ve been working together for 7 years and he have made amazing progress. Arjen is 72, and along with his wife Margot has completed 500 Personal Training sessions. They train twice a week and are fit for their age, allowing them to enjoy themselves on their travels while others sit back and watch.

He has just taken out our Push Up Challenge for the month of June, with a top score of 47, inspiring those half his age . Congratulations Amazing Arjen and thank you for on your hard work!
