Cyclone Catrina has been training with us 3 times per week for the past 4 years. Always a join to train, Catrina gives her all at every session. She sets for a terrific example for her son Jumpin’ Joseph, who also joins the group when he’s not playing soccer or rowing at 5am before school.
After a break over winter, Catrina had a strong finish to the year, running our Lap of Death in 1.40min, 160 Minute Shuffles and a 1km in 6.05km.
She has already set her new goals for 2023 so we look forward to seeing what she can achieve.
